"Third party hosted" blogs and cookie law

I have a personal blog with tumblr, but i don't know what should I do to be compliant with the cookie law. - I have blocked all the stuff I control, and anonymized analytics, according to the guidelines, but I can't block some of the tumblr controlled cookies (i'm not hosting the blog). - Who is responsible in that case? I'm the domain owner, but I simply re-direct users on a platform that I don't control directly. Should I discontinue the service or what else can i do? For now, I placed privacy+cookie policy and made everything i'm in control of compliant, but I have no way to touch tumblr cookies.
