Hi Luigi,

From a point of view of the iubenda software you need to add a custom service outlining exactly that fact. Something along the lines of:

"User photos usage

This application uses photos uploaded by its users and displays it here and there etc."

I’m copy-pasting the instructions for the custom services below if this is still helping you:
