It would be great to see a service for it on Iubenda.
Revive Adserver may be deployed directly on a webserver, or hosted on a third-party service. In our case we use Aquaplatform Revive Adserver Hosting on https://www.aquaplatform.com. So the Iubenda Revive Adserver service may need to account for that in one way or another (possibly just one service, where the user can specify whether it’s self-hosted or hosted on xxxx).
