Wave is a well-known, widely used accounting program that now processes their payments under their own name. (Used to be through Stripe but they now call it “Wave Payments”.

If you are able to write an accurate description of this service, then I would suggest you add it as a custom addition to the privacy policy using a custom service:
Visit your dashboard: http://iubenda.com/en/dashboard
Click on your privacy policy (or add a new policy)
Click on Add service
Click on Create custom service

I too use Waveapps to issue invoices and process payments. https://www.waveapps.com/
I do not collect payment on my website, but I issue clients an invoice that allows them to pay online via a link.
Wave also allows me to have clients subscribe to my recurring payments such as web hosting and website care plans. Clients can choose to have Waveapps retain their credit card info to automaticly process recurring payments. I can also manually enter clients credit card info via my account on the Wave website to process a payment.
