Roughly the equivalent of the other OAuth services listed. For users that login/register via their Microsoft account (which could be their personal account or a work/school account) we receive a defined set of information which can be configured and requires either individual consent or organisational consent.
Note: Windows Live Connect is listed (Microsoft report this retired in 2018) - this is not the same thing as OAuth.
