What is the interest of these competitors determined? How do you know that you can sell this site for almost 1 m anywhere? Who'd be the purchaser ... Somebody on flippa? Somebody on flippa? How many years of income do you spend determining the selling price? I see digital marketing ads quite differently and my opinion is nearly a decade old. Don't count on Google because you can take the rug out, and you will. It is such a hard work as filling a leaky sand bucket. ---
