I check heartland reviews, they are too bad. Selling payment systems sucks. That’s all there is to it.
It's my client’s choice to use Heartland as part of their online event / program registration. I expect Iubenda’s role is to provide legal policy clauses for their clients, not make judgements on the value of any vendor.
