Do you have any further information on how you are using these tools?
If you are able to write an accurate description of this service, then I would suggest you add it as a custom addition to the privacy policy using a custom service:
Visit your dashboard: http://iubenda.com/en/dashboard
Click on your privacy policy (or add a new policy)
Click on Add service
Click on Create custom service

We use it too and would like it added, had to use the custom feature. I bet that most companies who use Zoho (there are a lot) also use SalesIQ.
I use Zoho SalesIQ for live chat support as well. I would like to see it added to the list.

Same thing here - it is part of their Zoho One package so most companies who use this will normally use Zoho SalesIQ. The same goes for Zoho PageSense.
