Do iubenda's privacy policies meet US legal standards? Can they be used for mobile apps?

Hi Alicia, not only they fulfill the US legal standard, but they're designed to comply with European privacy laws, that are far more restrictive. I also do confirm that they can be used for mobile apps, particularly after an update that we'll ship in a few days that will make the privacy policy legal text more flexible to non-web apps.
