Hey Iubenda, What about if my app uses the Google Books API? How should the privacy policy handle that? I noticed nothing about Google Books API in your services. Is it necessary to state something about this in privacy policy? It is capturing book data, not user data, but because it's the books users own, that could be considered user data too maybe? please advise. thanks. - Grant

    Hi Grant, this is very theoretical in nature if you ask me. I'm basing this on the information supplied by you here. Personal data is usually defined as data that can be construed to lead back to the person behind it. If you feel like there is a chance that in combination with other data this might be the case or you feel like the user might want to know what happens with the book data, you can add a custom wording using our custom service feature: http://iubenda.com/dashboard > edit/add privacy policy > add service > create custom service ( https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/posts/386 ) Hope this helps?
