Have a process for noting updates...

Since is it generally good practice to inform users about a change to a privacy policy, I suggest you have a way to display recent changes or view older versions of policies. Obviously it would be painful to see everytime a word has changed, but comparisons from month to month would be OK for most sites. Also, any significant legal updates sent from your side need to be flagged as well.
