Potete aggiungere MailPoet? Grazie

Salve, fra le opzioni per le newsletter, specie usando wordpress, è possibile aggiungere anche MailPoet? Per wordpress è semplice da usare. Per wordpess il plugin è abbastanza utilizzato. Per per via dell’imminente entrata in vigore della cookie law, infatti, abbiamo ricevuto un numero enorme di richieste – sia via mail che su tutti i nostri altri canali – che non ci hanno permesso di rispondere ovunque per tempo. Ti ringrazio innanzitutto grazie per la segnalazione! Dal momento che l'implementazione di nuovi servizi può richiedere un po' di tempo, nel frattempo ti consiglierei, se non lo hai già fatto, di utilizzare l'implementazione manuale: Dashboard > modificare/aggiungere privacy policy > Aggiungi servizio > Crea servizio manualmente Buona Giornata e a presto! Alessandro, i nostri operatori italiani non ci sono, quindi ti rispondo in Inglese. Fammi sapere se non va bene per te. The thing with Mailpoet is, I think, that all of this runs via your own WordPress backend. Therefore you don't share email addresses or any other personal data with an external company. I've tried to find a privacy policy for MailPoet, but I couldn't find that either. Can you confirm this? In that case it would actually mean that you only need to add "newsletter" and not a newsletter provider. Thanks and best regards Simon

Hello Simon, thanks for your reply. You are right, it's a plugin and it runs via my wordpress dashboard. I really don't know if mailpoet has or not a privacy policy, as they do have a premium version with unlimited numbers of email address for the newsletter. Instead there is the option to use a third party smtp provider, such as sendgrid or mandrill (which I am considering). In this case, do I have to include also the third party smtp provider in my privacy policy even if the whole mailing lists is managed from mailpoet? Regards, Alessandro

Ciao Alessandro. Yes exactly, in that case you would just add the third party provider + "newsletter" clause. In case that Mailpoet doesn't touch any of the personal data of your users, there is no need for including them. Simon

They have a privacy policy here https://www.mailpoet.com/privacy-policy/ I added them manually but please, help us as I cannot add links when I add a new service
