Third party analytics - session recording

In order to use decibelinsight.com or inspectlet.com do I have to notify the privacy authority or like google analtyics I can do something like anonymize the IP in order to avoid to notify the privacy authority and pay the fee ?? we already added those tools in the privacy policy, is it enough in order to use them without any problems ? Italian version : Per usare decibelinsight.com o inspectlet.com devo mandare la notifica al garante della privacy o come per google analytics posso evitare questa eventualità ( e anche la tassa connessa ) facendo qualcosa ? come rendere anonimo l'IP dei visitatori per google analytics.
