Add support for Loggly.

Hi Brandon, Loggly looks like a great product and it may indeed receive user data depending on the setup. I am adding this to my list for upcoming integrations. Please be aware that this may take a good while until we're ready for it (translations, current feature freeze until an upcoming release cycle). You can, however, add this as a custom clause this way (basically add it manually): http://iubenda.com/dashboard > edit/add privacy policy > add service > create custom service ( https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/posts/386 ) I will update this thread with more information as I have it.
