Hi Helen, can you link me to this service? Maybe you could explain your use case for it as well?

Hi Simon,
Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought you needed to cover every third party widget. And I thought that even though you may not need to cover it NOW, if that third party widget changed their terms you may need to in the future, so you always should include it in the privacy policy.
Walk Score https://www.walkscore.com/ is a site all by itself, but I have a real estate site that uses Walk Score API for a widget for each listing. So the Walk Score info shows for each address, along with a Google map, and (new to me until today!) Google ads on top of the Google Map...
So, this adds more layers to this question. Do I need to include Google Ads to the Privacy Policy even though they aren't ours but Walk Score's? I already add Google maps which is used in another area but if I had not, would I also need to include this?

Yes, you're right, the issue is that being embedded on the site they may read out information regarding some of your users.
I'm going to add it to our list and see if it makes the integration stages. I'm pasting the instructions on custom services, for reference
http://iubenda.com/dashboard > edit/add privacy policy > add service > create custom service

Simon, Do I need to add Google Ads since Walk Score uses them or just referencing Walk Score's Terms and Policies is enough?

No you don't have anything to do with that, it should be enough if they're referenced in the clause/a link to their pp should do. Are those ads shown in the widgets?

Yes. They do show up. The widget shows a walking score to places that have set themselves up in Google Places, so if the real estate is close enough to walk to places like restaurants and bars, it would get a high number score. Then it appears that if one of those businesses has a Google Ad, it shows floating in the lower right corner of the map.
