Save Custom Services In Account

It would be nice to be able to save a Custom Service in our account for future use on other Policies. That way we don't have to repeatedly add the same Custom Service to every policy we create. It's stored in our account. And if we edit it, it can apply across all Policies so we don't have to update them one-by-one. This would also resolve the need to create niche policies to satisfy user requests. They can make their own, and use it on all of their policies as needed.
