Hi Jeremy,
sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The problem with Salesforce has been so far that it's quite hard to grasp and provides many things at the same time.
Would ticket sales, donations etc. have their own product page? In the worst case you would just do a "custom service" like this

And then tell people which of their personal data is shared with SalesForce.

You can search for it by generically typing "Salesforce" in the search bar while adding a service.
