Yes, you are right they were acquired by Zopim - I'm going to check it out and let you know. The privacy policy already shows the Zopim policy. https://www.zopim.com/privacy If you can't wait, just add it as a custom service like this http://iubenda.com/dashboard > edit/add privacy policy > add service > create custom service Hope this helps?

Hi Cas, I'm happy to let you know that we've finally gone ahead with the integration and that GetKudos is now available through the app and can be added in your privacy policy's settings screen. I use GetKudos (Recently accquired by zopim, I believe) in order to show user testimonials on my site. I'd love a privacy policy entry for that!
