Hi, what is thumbalizer doing exactly? I would suggest you add it in a custom service for now: http://iubenda.com/dashboard > edit/add privacy policy > add service > create custom service ( https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/posts/386 ) Hope this helps? Simon

Thumbalizr is a service to make thumbnails of screenshots. ( https://www.thumbalizr.com/ ). I added a custom service and I linked their cookie policy. However, this service installs 3/4 cookies and their policy is not compliant. What should i do? Is their problem if the policy doesn't describe the cookies or mine?

Honestly lots of things are quite confusing when it comes to cookies. If you want to make sure to be compliant, you'll use services with cookie information, and you'll mention that they're installing cookies. I'm still not sure what that service does exactly, are they third party cookies? If they're first party cookies they may be purely technical and therefore less stringent rules may apply.
