can you add SumoMe services to your privacy policy list?

Hi there 8thnic app, I'm familiar with SumoMe's plugins, at least on a surface level. I was assuming that they work as a WordPress plugin with no actual third party involvement (sharing data in between you and a third party server). Eg. the ListBuilder feature saves the emails to your own database, or directly to your newslettter provider? In that case you would choose "Newsletter" as a clause AND your newsletter provider, for example "Mailjet". Please let me know if my thinking is accurate. Simon
