live chat support service not listed

Hi, how do I handle a live support chat service for my website if I don't see it listed? It's a Wordpress plugin called wp-live-chat-support ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/ ). Shall I just use one of the others?

Hi Jon, sorry for the slight delay in getting back to you. The situation here is that this isn't a third party service and therefore all of the data doesn't go anywhere else. I can't say if it collects data at all that wouldn't be processed by the server anyways? If that is the case you should just tell the user that the chat processes that data with a custom service. http://iubenda.com/dashboard > edit/add privacy policy > add service > create custom service ( https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/posts/386 ) Let me know if you have additional info for me, and if this doesn't solve your problem, best Simon :)
