Hi again, How does this widget work? Thanks, Simon

  • Hi Simon, the widget displays a site seal at the right bottom of the page that can be extended to look for the verification and security status of the current website. It sets various cookies including a tracking cookie (I suppose). Best regards
  • Hi again, You can see a working widget example on: https://password.codes First, the widget generates a cookie "server" on cdn.ywxi.net or http://www.mcafeesecure.com" rel="nofollow">www.mcafeesecure.com (e.g., "www02") which is related to load balancing (required but not tracing the user). But once clicking on the widget, various cookies are created, including a session cookie and two Google Analytics cookies (on http://www.mcafeesecure.com ). I hope that helps. Best regards, Matthias
  • Hi Matthias, thanks for the additional details. I'm inclined to do an integration under our purpose "displaying content from external platforms". However, I think it may take a while before we can write up the corresponding texts. You can attempt to do this yourself by adding a custom service: http://iubenda.com/dashboard > edit/add privacy policy > add service > create custom service ( https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/posts/386 ) I will update this thread with more information as I have it. Hope this helps? Simon
  • Hello, I want to suggest the McAfee SECURE widget to be added as a service template. Website: https://www.mcafeesecure.com/ Privacy Policy: https://www.mcafeesecure.com/privacy Thanks
  • I vote for this, too.
  • Yes same here please update the services thanks
  • Hello Lionel,

Thank you for your message. We will again look into adding this service to our generator.

I  will note any further developments in this thread.

    Kind regards,

    Beatrice
