    Hi Bob, that's an interesting service. I doubt it fits any of our pre-existing purposes. We'll have to take another look at it. In the meantime I suggest you include it manually and describe the exact data processing as follows: http://iubenda.com/dashboard > edit/add privacy policy > add service > create custom service more info about custom services can be found here: https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/posts/386 I will update this thread with more information as I have it.     Please add support as Fullstory is the most popular session recording solution In fact you should probably support all services supported by Segment.com as most pipular

    Thanks for your suggestion, our team is considering adding the requested service to our generator as it has received a lot of interest.


    Do you have any further information on how you are using these tools?


    If you are able to write an accurate description of this service, then I would suggest you add it as a custom addition to the privacy policy using a custom service:


    1. Visit your dashboard: http://iubenda.com/en/dashboard

    2. Click on your privacy policy (or add a new policy)

    3. Click on Add service

    4. Click on Create custom service

    Hello everyone and thank you very much for your patience. 


    I am glad to inform you that we are about to finalise the integration of the service Fullstory within our Generator. 


    I'll post a confirmation in this thread as soon as the procedure is completed.
