add an option for some services that data collected is non-identifiable

In many cases, sending data for analytical services doesn't contain identifiable information. This is beneficial for companies that take a great deal of concern in the data that is analyzed, and that their identity cannot be compromised in any way shape or form due to the removal of personal identifiable information.
