Privacy policy for Trekksoft booking software

Is a third party site which allows order forms to be embedded in host site but have order processed and payments done via their own system. Need this to be added as a third party integration for privacy policy.

    TREKKSOFT (www.trekksoft.com) is an All-in-one booking system software: if integrated in a website, it managed all things concerning Bookings. It is for Tour operators, Activity providers, Tourist offices and Rentals and it is well known in Europe. It gives to a website all the features of an e-commerce concerning Bookings: it collects personal data of customers, their booking choises, then guide them to the transaction and send them confirmation and summary emails.
