I would like to see this, too. We use Wordpress and have a bbpress installation that allows public discussions. This could lead to public sharing of personal information should a user submit such content to the forum by way of a public forum post.

This is a grea idea! I use a private SMF Forum, and I really appreciate a Service option GDPR compliant to manage discussions among members. We talk about everything (religion, philosophy, science, etc.) so I think these are personal and sensitive informations...

It's a very good idea. I use Invision Power Board for my forum, and a privacy/cookie policy integration for this will be awesome.
