add google analytics _gat cookie

Hi Luke, looking into this for you. I acknowledge that https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/cookie-usage , but I'm checking if there's some other reason why we omitted it.

Hi again, Luke Thanks for the suggestion, we have now changed the cookie disclosure to _ga* which encompasses your reported cookie. Thanks again, it should now be live in all GA policies. Simon
