How do I include a database or hosting provider in the policy?

Hi Jakub, what's the name of the external database provider?

Andrea - the DB provider in our case is MongoHQ. We also host on Heroku, which has a great addons page that lists most of the companies that should be on your list: https://addons.heroku.com/

Hosting companies are something that most privacy policies don't cover, but there is no particular reason for this, just a bad habit. For this reason, this needs some thought on our side before the implementation.

My website is running hosted on Amazon EC2 and additionally uses an external database provider. How do I include these providers in my privacy policy? Since you explicitly list the 3rd-parties that the data is being shared with, they probably need to be included as well?
