Hi Joe, we're on your request and the options we have internally. In general let me say that you can take a look at these additions yourself by just adding a custom service and calling it something like "Our adherence to the US-EU Privacy Shield Framework". We've posted an overview a while back (http://www.iubenda.com/blog/notice-requirements-privacy-shield/), but the site by the Department of Commerce is definitely the one guide to follow. In a nutshell, there's a lot of Privacy Shield information missing that only you can know and that you need to fill in for the time being. Hope this helps as a quick answer?

My company needs to certify under the Privacy Shield of the US/EU. In order to do this the Privacy Shield site recommends using the stock language (pasted below). Having this module available as a stock "Service" that can be added and popuplated with the corresponding data would be useful. "complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. (INSERT your organization name) has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. To learn more about the Privacy Shield program, and to view our certification, please visit https://www.privacyshield.gov/."
