Specify One Country Only for Policy

At the bottom of my policy it states: "Notice to European Users"... However, European Users are not even allowed to use my app. For right now, the app is ONLY available to US Users, and I state that a user must be a resident of the US in the app Terms. How can I make the Privacy Policy US only - removing anything like "Notice to European Users"?
