When I remove the 'Scroll to accept' option it should remove the text "scrolling this page," within the banner. "By closing this banner, scrolling this page, clicking a link or continuing to browse otherwise, you agree to the use of cookies. This is otherwise confusing for customers who can't actually scroll to agree.
