Please add Matomo Hosted

There is a service choice for Matomo currently, but it assumes that Matomo is being self hosted.  Matomo.org offers a cloud hosted service called Matomo Hosted.  Please add a new service for Matomo Hosted.  

The existing service isn't appropriate because it says it is hosted by me, and that it is being used without the help of third parties.
