Either the onsite chat widget is used or more importantly the ticketing system of MessageBird is used, where clients contacts are aggregated from different platforms including the message history.
Clients write to Whatsapp or FacebookMessenger and the ticketing system of MessageBird (called Inbox) aggregates the massages in one place and lets you reply to them from within.
