Data owner

Goodmorning, 

We need to add the privacy and cookies policy to out site but we are not an established company - nevertheless the site has a contact form and we will also add the social media buttons. Do we necessarily need to add some references in the box "Data Owner"? Can we use the name and email belonging to one of us?
