Tracking cookie

For websites that don't use jQuery the Cookie Law Solution script of course needs to load jQuery to show the banner. However, after the user agreed to the use of cookies the banner doesn't show up anymore but jQuery is still loaded. Could you update your code to load jQuery only on website which is related to cheap router table if the banner actually needs to show up?
