add qmod and eqMajor services

Hi - we are moving a site over to equisolve.com and they are requesting we add additional services to the iubenda policy - this includes QMOD and eqMajorAnnouncement - their specifications attached. Please let me know if this is possible to implement. (note - please ignore other services on this sheet attached - I've already addressed those.)
