Website/Services not intended for consumers under a certain age

A standard clause that states the website/services are not intended for consumers under the age of  (age to be inserted) and that no personal information of a consumer under the age of (age to be inserted) is knowingly collected. An option to then state that if any such data becomes know of it shall be removed.
