Acknowledge Privacy policy

We'd like to make a few changes to our Privacy policy. We'd like to add/enable the following option:

A checkbox for the user to acknowledge that they have read the Privacy policy. Let me quote the recommendation verbatim 

"We recommend asking the Users to tick a box (which must not be pre-ticked) indicating "I have read the Privacy Policy", before allowing Users to finalize their registration process"

I tried going through your FAQ and videos but couldn't find what I was looking for. Could you please assist me on this?
