Custom Privacy policy

Hi guys, as you can see in the img below, in Iubenda Privacy policy we need to insert name of the owner and email of the owner. My case is a little complicated. We develop our app for municipality, and every municipality is ownet of the data and of the privacy policy, becaouse in the up the onwner setup the IP adres of the servere where the data is stored. For sure i can't develope a app for every municipaly with differetn name just for privacy policy. I need to remove the email from privacy policy setup and add a link to  the privacy policy web page of every municipality. Is this possible?
