Third-party content consent management

Hi, 

I have an issue with this use case:

1. Loading Homepage

2. I accept cookie banner on homepage

3. I move to this page to this page (Youtube embed)

 When I land on either of these two articles it requires a refresh before displaying the content, despite the fact that I had fully accepted at the beginning of the session (homepage). 

How can I keep the consent given by the user on a page other than the one where the third-party content is?
