We use Burst for our company. There are some self-hosted analytics solutions for WordPress website, and one of the most recent plugins is Burst Statistics https://burst-statistics.com/. It is a privacy-friendly solution as it is designed to store data on our WordPress website, which is not shared with any third party. It will be great to add this. Thanks.
