Iubenda website not displaying cookie banner

Hi, I made an automatic config for the Iubenda plugin and I wanted to set up and edit my iubenda cookie solution but whenever I access it the banner just dissapears and it displays as shown in the screenshot, I can show you my settings if you need to, since I did it automatically I'm not sure what I need to show you.
