Hi Massimo,
could you be more specific, maybe link me to those different “analytics and commerce aspects”?
Cheers back
Simon
Hi,
Squarespace is an outstanding service which allows designer to create websites for clients.
However they only proive old and misleading information about how to comply with the EU privacy regulation http://blog.squarespace.com/blog/eu-cookie-legislation
In particular, Squarespace sites drop an analytics cookie called ss_lastvisit which they use for the statistics module included in the service (which one cannot disable). See image attached. https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1213434/ScreenHunter_107May.3112.06.jpg?1433066852
Is this a technical or profilation cookie according to Italian legislation?
Thanks
ROberta
