Urgent. Two US categories still show Sold or Shared as Yes after deleting their services

Hi iubenda team,

Two US data categories on policy 84434258 still show Sold or Shared as Yes after we deleted the services behind them. We launch soon, so please treat this as urgent.

  • The categories are “Internet or other electronic network activity information” and “Identifiers”
  • I deleted the services “014 ON” and “Adkernel” and then forced an update
  • Both categories still show Sold or Shared as Yes
  • Our policy says we do not sell or share personal information, so these two cards contradict it
  • Your team replied by email that leftover data from the deleted services is the likely cause

Please clear that leftover data so both categories show No. If another service on the policy still sets Yes, tell me which one and we’ll fix it
