Cache and Optimisation of the Iubenda Script

Hello, I'm writing in here too in order to get an answer, I've been waiting for a ticket response for more than 48 hours, putting it below:

I've been trying to add this optimization that you created (https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/3834-cache-and-optimisation-of-the-iubenda-cookie-solution) to my website but without any luck, I keep having issues.


So what I did:
- copy the PHP – TCF and inline activator
- put in in a Woody Snippet - PHP Script
- changed the cookie policy and siteID with mine
- added the safe.js inline where it says at the bottom


Idk what I'm doing wrong, but the iubenda icon displays an exclamation mark, and my website is live, I can't leave it like that, can you help pls?

Hello,
the exclamation mark usually appears when the Cookie Solution is not loaded early enough or the activator is not executed correctly.

The PHP TCF + inline activator must be injected in the site <head>, before any script that may set cookies. Using a snippet/plugin (like Woody Snippets) often delays execution and causes this issue.

Please try removing the snippet-based integration and add the optimization code directly in the theme’s head (or via server-side inclusion). After clearing all caches, the warning icon should disappear.
