When you purchase a subscription with Complianz, it is automatically set to auto-renew on the expiration date.
You can manage your subscription at complianz.io > Account > Subscriptions. This menu shows the renewal date, the initial payment amount, and an Actions column. If a Cancel button is visible there, your subscription is active and set to auto-renew. To disable auto-renewal, simply use that button.
Under complianz.io > Account > Licenses, you'll find an overview of the sites connected to your license key, available upgrade options, the license key itself, the number of activations used, and the subscription's expiration date.
Note that the Status field here indicates whether the license key has been integrated on a WordPress installation — not whether the subscription is valid. A status of Inactive simply means the license key hasn't been added to any WordPress site yet, not that it's expired or unusable.
