Pro account not active, but fee has been paid

My client just bought a Pro Policy. The payment is listed in the account info but when I click to Active the Cookie Policy (the banner) a box pops up saying that I need a Pro license. Also Pro options for the Privacy Policy are disabled. What is going on?

  • Laura, please email me at simon at iubenda. List the privacy policy name and the account email so I can check. You probably have two or more privacy policies in your account. The PRO one is the one with the blue dot. If that is the case just use the PRO policy.
  • I've paid for the Pro License, but I can't add Pro options. 

  • Same here - paid via paypal but can't add pro options.

  • Same here - paid via credit card  but can't add pro options.
