Why are you guys not responding on the support form/support popup?

We have several times written to you through the popup contact form and the forum support form but still there hasn't been one single response from you guys. Is this website and service dying or something? It is very strange that you guys have not been responding to simple inquiry about your new GDPR product and the technical side of it. Do you not want people to buy it or what? Please get back to us. Thank you.
