Since Facebook vs Max Schrems, the Safe Harbor agreement is in essence dead. That means the use of a non-EU email provider for business is not a good idea, as your sender never has the chance to agree with you handing off personal data to a non-compliant 3rd party abroad. Yes, you probably realise that I'm talking about your use of Gmail for business. You may want to avoid that. The site idea, however, is *excellent*, apart from an option to pay for an independent, non-tracking version of the policy that does not hand off tracking data to you or anyone else.
