If your website and Privacy and Cookie Policy don't have services related to a specific cookie category, your cookie banner won't automatically list that cookie purpose. However, you can force the any of the cookie purposes to be shown manually. In order to do so you'll have to go to the Privacy Controls and Cookie Solution configurator, open the “GDPR” section, choose the 'manual configuration'. There you'll have to scroll to the “Select which categories to display” section and select "Custom" and proceed by selecting all the categories desired.
As you can see in the preview window of the generator, your cookie banner will now show all of the selected cookie purposes. Please keep in mind that if you do not use the Privacy Controls and Cookie Solution 'remote configuration' script but rather see all separate parameters listed in the script, you'll have to re-embed the script in your backend to reflect the changes on your live domain.
